Terms of Agreement & Liability Release
All terms of agreement for all sittings. Without a signature, a sitting can not be completed. All terms must be adhered to and agreed upon. All clients must also fill out the liability release before a sitting will be conducted. All minors must have paperwork signed and filed by a parent or guardian and signed accordingly in the paperwork!
